CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at:

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled and must be handled under the Return & Refund Policy.

If the cancellation is approved, refunds will be made back to the original payment method used by the customer.

Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.
