🛍️ Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

 

🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is requested due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered), return shipping charges will be borne by YAMMEKER.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or tampered with

  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may also be non-returnable.

💳 Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment

  • Refunds will be completed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit or debit card

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
